Be Connected Two-Day Yoga Retreat

This is a very unique two day retreat, where you will be taught different techniques enabling you to have a better relationship with yourself, the environment, and the people around you. We are going to practice Hatha Yoga, Asanas, Pranamaya, Meditation, and a variety of activities such as listening, talking, and walking in a practice format. 
You can expect to walk out of this retreat knowing some ways to feel more connected and in the present moment in your life.

  • Group hiking at Hogg's Falls trail and swimming
  • 1-night stay in a shared or private accommodation
  • Bedding, linens, towels, toiletries, all provided
  • Spa facility
  • Meals (2 lunches, 1 dinner, 1 breakfast)

12:00-1:00 pm Introductory Workshop
1:00 - 2:00 pm Lunch 
2:00 - 4: 00 pm Trail Walk & Swimming
4:00-7:00  pm Asana class, and other Workshops with short breaks in between 
7:00-8:30  pm Break & Dinner
8:30-11:00 pm Spa, Bonfire, Socializing, Star Gazing

11:00  pm Lights out / Bed time

8:30 am-12:30 pm Asana class and other Workshops

What to bring

Your personal stuff, portable cellphone charger, swimming suit, comfortable clothing, long sleeves and long pants, comfortable running shoes, slippers for shower/spa, mosquito spray, water bottle, yoga mat.
