Mindfulness, Heartfulness, Stress Reduction
In the busyness of our lives we tend to pay less attention to the call of the heart which is to embrace life as is with kindness and awareness. This is not easy.
In this workshop we will explore ways of revisiting ourselves through cultivating mindfulness and heartfulness meditation techniques, which have proved to be powerful tools in dealing with stress, pain and illness. We will engage in frequent periods of guided meditation sessions, facilitated group sharing, and body work, providing a space and guidance to relax, rejuvenate, and connect to ourselves, life and others.
This is designed to be a weekend workshop to make it possible for everyone to attend. This workshop begins on Friday evening and ends on Sunday afternoon. In addition to group training sessions there will be time for group cooking of meals, walks, games, and spa. Tipi tent accommodation, bedding, toiletries, towels, parking, and breakfast are provided.
