This is a weekend taste of well being all inclusive retreat, led by: Amir H. Imani, with Mindfulness & Heartfulness tools, with food, spa, and two night accommodation.

Instructor

AMIR H. IMANI: UMASS SENIOR CERTIFIED MBSR TEACHER

Amir is a graduate of University of Toronto, where he studied psychology and adult education. His interest is in mind-body-heart interaction and their role in healing and well being. This interest pulled him to India where he has spent the past 15 years practicing and teaching Mindfulness and Heartfulness meditation and their application in life and psychotherapy.
